More ease. More Joy. More awe.

Therapy for adults and couples in Echo Park and across California.

You already know your patterns. Knowing them is where it starts. Changing your patterns happens through practice: small, repeatable, with a compassionate witness at your side.

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, sleep issues and trauma. And couples who want to create a relationship that works for both of you.

$175 Individual; $200 Couples. In-network with Aetna.

What brings people here

You've done therapy before, and you're ready for something that goes further.

You can describe your patterns accurately, and now you want to change them.

Something happened, and your body is still carrying it.\

You and your partner want better tools for the same old fight.

You want the next ten years to feel different from the last ten.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.

What you’ll build

The ability to respond instead of react

The skill to repair: A way back after a fight, so conflict serves a healthy purpose

Room for all of you: A steadier relationship with the parts of you that want different things.

A practice that works for you between sessions.

If you're a thoughtful, curious person who likes to experiment, we'll work well together.

HOW IT WORKS

A free call. Twenty minutes. Ask me anything.

First session. Your history, what you want, and how we'll work.

The work. Usually weekly. Talk, EMDR, CBT-I, parts work, somatic and creative experiments. We find out together which ones do something for you
